I was feeling a little bohemian in this outfit thanks to this pretty crochet overlay by Chicwish.
It made me step out of my 40ish comfort zone and try the look with booties typically reserved for skinny jeans and cooler evenings.
The slightly longer short and sleeve length made it mama appropriate.
Although, if I'm being honest, I did feel like doing a little line dancing a few times during the course of the afternoon. Hey, if the bootie fits...

Love this top - I have seen it on pinterest and it is so pretty. How is the sizing?
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty top! And I love pairing booties with everything! :)
ReplyDeleteLovely summer look. I can stick to my comfort zone continuously then do something totally oddball when I get the nerve. It's what makes my closet so disorderly!

ReplyDeleteIt is good to step out your comfort zone every now and then as long as you still feel comfortable and merge individual pieces into your personal style. At least that's how I do it!
