Christmas 2012 in pictures

I hope all of your Christmases were merry and bright.
Ours were.
We celebrated Christmas Eve here at home with my family. The kids had a blast.
There was eating. Opening of gifts. More eating.
Christmas Day took us to my brother.in.laws where there was more time with family and...more eating.
Sigh.

Happy New Year!
We're just back from a few days away with family friends in Niagara Falls. It is tough to get back into the swing isn't it?

  3. SO cute. I agree that it is hard getting back into the swing of things. I don't even want to think about returning to school/work next week. I'm soaking up each day until then. Happy New Year!

  8. Dearest Susan,
Yep, we all have become lazy from eating lots and it takes about a week without any holiday for getting the hang of usual routine. But we manage as always. We had a great Christmas Eve dinner and also New Year's Eve dinner with friends. We even stayed together at our friends' place after dinner till the New Year. Lovely photos; especially all those facial expressions! That will look different each year and that's exactly what makes those photos so valuable.
    Hugs to you,
    Mariette
