By far, my favorite room in the house {and each previous house} has always been the nursery.
There is something so calming about the space.
Even before the little ones were born, I remember spending so much time in their rooms
just rocking. And dreaming.
just rocking. And dreaming.
Her room came together with a lot of love.
Her papa (my father) did all of the bead board work himself and it turned out just as I imagined it would.
It makes me happy whenever I look at it.
Sweet Dreams.

Dearest Susan,
ReplyDeleteYour Papa (European for Dad...) is a master at doing bead boards. This room looks so soft and so personal. Don't you hate this being such a 'short' period in their lives? But you have the pictures for holding on to the special moments!
Hugs to you,
Mariette
It's beautiful! I can see the love in it:) Cherish this space - before you know it she'll be out of that crib and into a big girl bed!!
