So, it's been a looooong time since I've been in school.
That said, one of the many joys of parenting is that you kinda.sorta get to do it all over again.
This week, my son started 5th grade. And my oldest? High school. what?
I wore a uniform, as do both of them, but I know exactly what I would have worn if I could have worn what I wanted. say that five times fast.

digging your picks, if I'm in school I would love to wear all this too especially the boots and jacket. the bag doesn't hurt too.
ReplyDeleteMan...I might have been on time to school more often if we had uniforms lol.
ReplyDeletelove the look!!
Love the look you picked - but I'm super glad my daughter wears a uniform too. So much easier in the mornings! Plus, I never have to worry that she'll pick something inappropriate.:)
ReplyDeleteI love the bit of edge! Those print skinnies are perfect! I kinda always wished I wore a uniform...it would have made those early mornings so much easier!
ReplyDeleteSuch a fabulous and edgy outfit! I like the printed jeans. I saw a pair of polka dot ones at Target last night, but was hesitant to buy it. After seeing this, I think I'll have to go back and get them!!
ReplyDeleteNow this is an outfit! A person would rule the school is this!!
ReplyDeleteCute! Love the colors!Very edgy and still very stylish. Great job
ReplyDeleteI am *obsessed* with that leather jacket! I have been on the hunt for a leather jacket and I want one that drapes like that in the front. Perfect!
ReplyDeleteHope you had a wonderful weekend!
xx
In love with this outfit! That jacket is the stuff of my dreams!
ReplyDeleteYes, I would wear this, especially the hermes bag. Haha. But, guess what?!?! There is no winter here! Or autumn. It's just 33 degrees all year round (but not like the terrible Toronto 33 degree days, just like a fresh, breezy 33). And let's just say I'm enjoying every minute of it!!
ReplyDeleteI LOOOOVE those grey jeans (so much I had them up on my blog too!). I can't wait until we can wear layers without sweating. It's getting closer!
ReplyDeletemy school had a really strict dress code (i got in trouble all the time for my skirts, and they weren't even that short!!), that i wished we had uniforms. it would have made mornings so much easier, plus less pressure about having cool clothes, etc. they now have uniforms at that school. my kids also wear uniforms, so i'm thankful for that!
ReplyDeleteyou would have been one of the cool kids in this get up!
