Remember when I took my turn as stylist for this post?
Since Spring is just around the corner, we get to do it all over again using pieces we already acquired last go-around and adding a few new ones for Spring.
Her closet today consists of many of the pieces that were on the original inspiration boards albeit in varying color shades. Yellow was tough to find so we opted for a bright orange.
Red shoes were a late addition and add a pop of color to many of the neutrals we went with.
For the coming season, I want to build on her love of color.
And throw a few fun prints into the mix.
As well as updating her booties and closed shoes to a few pairs of sexy, while still office appropriate, peep-toe platforms.

A classic trench is a must-have and will get lots of wear both now and in the early Fall.
Bright colored pants in red and royal blue. A few statement accessories. The stunning red lip du jour.
All will ensure she stays current and fun.
I am loving the peplum on the sleeveless top which I included as a basic.
It will transition well into the Summer with her "already in the closet" cream pants.
Her black cardigan from last go around will be a nice addition to both sleeveless tops and the colorblock skirt. It can still be chilly here in the north. Even when the sun is shining.
What are you planning on adding to your Spring wardrobe?

ReplyDeleteDearest Susan,
ReplyDeleteGreat post! Why don't you place 5 LinkWithin - Related Posts with Thumbnails under your posts? Your blog is such a great one with lots of inspiration for others. Instead of 3 Thumbnails you can change easily into three: http://bit.ly/nGfu9F
Enjoy your weekend and sending you love (with drizzle rain)from Georgia,
