I grew up with a big brother. Much older. 12 years.
He was the best.
He was the best.
I was basically an only child with benefits.
Benefits including a built-in babysitter who could take you to cool places. Including NYC for your 16th birthday. oh yeah.

Still I always wished for a sister.
Not sure why. She would probably just have annoyed me and stole all my clothes.
Ms. Ava is a lucky girl.
She has a big sister. And a big brother.
It took a while for our Julian to warm up to the idea of another baby. A female one specifically.
But now, I don't think he would change her for the world.
And funny enough, he is her very favorite.
He who makes her laugh more than anyone.
He who is rougher than I would prefer.
She doesn't seem to mind.

Little Miss Ava is truly blessed, as the eldest in our family .. oh how I longed to have an older sibling - especially after being the only child for almost 8 years. Wishing you a beautiful day!! Hugs, C. (HHL)
