My baby boy graduated 8th grade last week.
We can hardly believe he'll start high school in the fall - not sure he's ready, not sure I'm ready.
It is so true what they say, the days are long, but the years are short.
And in the end, memories are truly all we have.
Now, if you have followed the blog for any length of time, you will know that I love photographs.
I am that mother, the one who always has a camera in tow.
I have endless pictures of my children and while Ava Grace is always willing to strike a pose; Julian, not so much.
But on this day, he had no choice.

The very top photograph is my favourite from the day.
It's shows him pensive and elegant all at the same time.
He cleans up nice n'est pas?
And honestly, I just want to bring the bow tie back forever + ever.
Love.
I ordered a beautiful canvas via Canvas Factory of the image.
It couldn't have been easier to simply upload the correct size to the site, crop it as I wanted to see it {in my case, wrapping around the outer edges} and then choose my finish.
I decided to go with a crisp black and white - it looks clean and modern.
Lastly, I chose my desired size -- so many options including cropped or collaged images, vertical or horizontal layouts and more.
The whole process took about 15 minutes and that's only because I was having so much fun playing with their editing tools.
When it arrives, it will be wrapped as part of his graduation gift and will always be a reminder of the day he let me take his picture.
The team at Canvas Factory has graciously offered up a chance for you, my fabulous readers, to win a 16 x 20 canvas print of YOUR choice!
Open to residents of the U.S. and Canada.
