It's been a while since I put on a full pant suit. I find each piece gets a lot of use separately, but now that I no longer work outside the home, the need to wear them together is rare.
I still love the feeling of power and confidence it provides.
And a fun bow tied shirt makes it all not so serious.
sunglasses - Forever XXI blouse - Shabby Apple {on sale!} blazer - Holt Renfrew {option} pants - Banana Republic belt - c/o Hipsi clutch - Banana Republic {no longer available / option} shoes - Calvin Klein {similiar} |
So, I have a confession.
Although I love fashion, I've never been a belt girl.
I've always found them bulky, bothersome especially when required underneath to hold up a pant waist.
When Hipsi contacted me regarding their product, I was intrigued for a few reasons.
One, it's female owned + run. #girlpower
Two, they promised no flaps = no bulk.
Three, a perfect fit every time.
Guess what? It lived up to it's hype.
I am officially converted.
