I've never really been one for resolutions (I mean, I think about things I might like to change or enhance in the new year but I never consciously write them down).
When I saw the prompt for today's Friday Fancies link up, I immediately started to think about what I might like to change about myself.
Fashion-wise, I have definitely found my personal style in good quality classics mixed with a dose of inexpensive fun and funky (do people still say funky?) pieces thrown in.
Original is always good.
And I've always been all about the details. A bow here. A pleat there. A little leather.
That will never change.

Get to New York. Visit the 911 memorial.
Spend an extended vacation in Florida again.
Drink more water.
Drink more water.
Get Ava into a preschool program a few mornings a week.
Organize my photos. Back them up. Ditto our videos.
Eat healthier. {while this is a broad one, know that I have watched far too many documentaries about our food and what's in it the last few weeks. it scared me.} Less sugar is my main goal starting with my morning coffee.
Set new goals for this little blog.
Take a photography course.
Practice yoga.
Say a final farewell to diet coke.
I will miss you.
This is going to be the year of change.
I can feel it.
Happy New Year everyone!

I say “funky” all the time. But I wouldn’t judge your vocabulary by mine ... I still say things like “Holy Macrol, Andy,” too.

I just found your blog. You have fabulous - and attainable - style. And your kids are darling! I am looking forward to seeing new spring outfits! I have been searching for a pair of post earrings that would be suitable for everyday wear. The posts in the give away would be perfect. Blessings, Susan
