The older I get, the faster the years seem to go by.
Another Christmas.
Gone are the braces. And the bottle.
The wide-eyed smiles remain.
I hope they always do.
Santa is almost here.
And we believe.
Continued tears and prayers for the families in Newtown.

ReplyDeleteDearest Susan,
ReplyDeleteYes, it is scary at times when looking back at photos. Only yesterday and an entire year has passed... But those precious moments are captured very well for them to enjoy later in life, for comparing etc.
Enjoy this special intimate time as a family and indeed, let us lift all those families, that lost all they ever loved, up in prayers.
Hugs to you,
Mariette
if you're meaning the kids still believe...one of mine does, the other knows! makes things challenging, but she plays along!
ReplyDeleteAwwww, look at how sweet! Gosh they change so quickly in a year, boggles the mind!
ReplyDeleteThey DO go fast, don't they? These pictures are precious!
