What I Wore : Back in Black

If it were up to me, I would wear all black almost every day.
Maybe some gray.
A little beige.
But black. Aaaah. There is nothing like it.

Tank - Zara | Blouse - Winners | Bracelet - Holt Renfrew | Jeans - Geox  | Boots - Brown's Couture
And that's what I'm wearing on this my oldest's 14th birthday Wednesday.
Happy Birthday my beautiful, sweet girl.
We love you!

Oh yes black is a long time staple in my wardrobe ... even as I try to move towards more neutral tans, beige etc. black wardrobe items seem to make their way in. LOVE! LOVE! the skull button detail on the blouse. Hugs, C. (HHL)

  8. I couldn't agree more. Black is my favorite. In fact I have to TRY not to wear it and buy it constantly. I felt like I really fit in when we lived in new york city becasue everyone wears all the time. I loved it. You look great mama!

  9. Dearest Susan,
First off a happy birthday to Isabella!
You look gorgeous in black, it works very slimming too; you look taller. Smart hairdo as well for achieving that slimming effect.
    Hugs to you,
    Mariette

  10. Those buttons are crazy! Love the little edge they give, even though I'm usually creeped out completely by skulls.

Hope the birthday celebrations are fun!

  13. You rock black so well...but I gotta admit, skull and cross bones still kinda creep me out. That is one trend I cannot embrace.

p.s. I am running a giveaway for hair clips that I think Ava would love!
