Vacationing with a toddler {particularly one who is in the midst of those terrible two's} sometimes means less mall time of anything where a stroller is involved.
And more driving around in hopes of someone, we won't mention names, falling asleep.
Although the latter didn't happen, we did get to do a lot of exploring; most roads led to beautiful Palm Beach.
Hey! You redesigned! It looks great:)
ReplyDeleteAnd I have sooo been there on so many vacations!
LOL.... good morning Bella!!! Ava's expression is priceless!!! Great photos of the beautiful streets!! ... Hugs, C. (HHL)
ReplyDeletehaha yes! I used to drive around the block every afternoon just to make Jude fall asleep!! Why o they fight naps so much...I'd take one lol
ReplyDeletep.s. I love her little earrings!!!
ReplyDeletehey you changed the blog - i love it
ReplyDeleteXo Megan
Oh, the Ocean drive looks amazing.
ReplyDeleteWhy won't tired toddlers ever accept, that parents knows when they are actually tired?
Those pictures are so, so good! Even beautiful Ava with her sad, sad face. I can't tell you how many miles I put on my car when The Boy was smaller and I needed him to sleep. The upside: we'd just moved into our town and boy, did I learn my way around quickly! xo
ReplyDeleteLove the new look (though I loved the old look, too!)
Dearest Susan,
ReplyDeleteDid you also stroll the Las Olas Blvd?
Love Ava's expression and her cute and cuddly giraffe!
Hugs and love to you,
Mariette
this cracks me up, especially after my husband and i just made up new lyrics to the current pop song (and our kids' new theme song) I'm Wide Awake, by Katy Perry. Yes, our musical taste has plummeted post children.
ReplyDeleteYou are so pretty and your daughter is so cute! Unreal!
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting some of the other mommies working with MAH clothing, and that's how I found your blog (such a great organization too, isn't it?!).
I love the caption on your photo. That's my 17-month-old to a T. ;)
Love,

K doesnt do well with carseat and driving. She would only sleep if she's extremely tired! What a beautiful drive, love all those palm trees!
ReplyDeleteLove the redesign! Oh those palm trees are to die for, love them. We have some here mostly the palmettos though. Okay my girl will not sleep in the car, never has. Baffles me, I love a good car nap (not whole driving obviously - ha!)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty, the trees...and I just love that face, lol!
ReplyDeleteLove the new look! (And I know that face too well...) :)
ReplyDeleteI loved going on "vacation" with you. That last picture is priceless!
