SensatioNail by Nailene

I was recently contacted by someone who reads the blog and liked my story.
The one where I leave a corporate job to stay home with my babies.
She imagined what the life of a busy mom of 3 might be like and asked if she might send me an at home gel manicure kit to try, knowing it would be a product that could be a great fit for my lifestyle.
Not that it's difficult for me to get out for a manicure or anything. Ahem.
Enter SensatioNail.
I cannot tell you how much I am loving this new gadget!
Not only is it incredibly simple to use, but even an inexperienced manicurist can easily get a pretty great and crazy long lasting manicure done in under 10 minutes.

The photos above highlight me the inexperienced manicurist doing a friend's nails.
It's as simple as making sure your hands are clean, cuticles pushed back and each nail is given a good wipe with the gel cleanser.
Apply primer. Wait for 30 seconds.
Apply gel base + top coat. Cure for 30 seconds.
2 coats of the polish of your choice {curing each coat for 1 minute}.
Another coat of gel base + top coat. Cure for 30 seconds.
Use cleanser to clean off each nail.
And voila!
Oh. And there's no dry time which for me means, I can do my nails right before bed and not end up with those annoying sheet marks that leave me re-doing my nails in the morning. Tell me you know what I'm talking about?

The manicure I have now is going on 9 days and is still intact save for the regrowth.
Know that I'm extremely hard on my nails so I am pleased to find how long they've lasted.

Do you do your own nails at home?
And if not, I am available.

  1. I want this! I never paint my nails or get out for a manicure. This looks like it would be a great solution!

  3. Thank you for sharing this great product. I just painted my nails yesterday and they are already chipping. :( Oh well it was a DIY nail painting and I didn't pay good money for a manicure.

  6. I like that color. I do so much with my hands all day for my handmade business, that a manicure is just pointless, but this is a really cool product.
